Study Abroad Experience
In the past four years, I've led three study abroad programs, which my school calls "Journalism Without Walls." Two of the trips have been across China and one based in St. Petersburg, Russia. The goal of each trip has been the same: To teach students how to report from the road, capturing an authentic picture of an important place in word, picture and sound. The students then practice assembling their reportage into an attractive news Website for the world to view. See below links to the sites of the three trips I've led.
